Seabirds off the bay add droppings to panels and debris to gutters. Further up the hill in Upper Dovercourt, garden trees and shaded north slopes bring the usual moss and leaves.

Upper Dovercourt is a different job from the seafront. Away from the bay, garden trees mean gutters fill with leaves and conservatory roofs turn green in the shade.
