- You get a written quote. One clear price per visit, with the frequency agreed with you.
- We clean on schedule. We come back on the agreed cycle, and other exterior work can be added to the same visits whenever you need it.
Commercial window cleaning quotes
There’s no instant price for commercial work, because no two buildings are the same. The cost depends on how much glass there is, how high it goes, how easy it is to reach and how often you’d like it cleaned. Once we’ve looked, you get a fixed price per visit that only changes if the job does. For domestic properties you can still use the instant quote.
Safety, accreditation and working on site
DB Professional Services is fully insured and SafeContractor accredited. Most glass is cleaned from the ground using water-fed poles and purified water, which cuts down on working at height and keeps ladders away from doorways and footpaths. Where ladders are needed, we use them only for the parts a pole can’t reach. Our staff sign in on arrival and follow each site’s rules.
Paying for commercial cleaning
Commercial customers are invoiced on 30-day payment terms. Direct Debit is also available if you’d rather not handle invoices. Tell us how your accounts team prefers to work and we’ll set it up when the contract starts.
